How to build and publish your website

Themes, colours, logo and favicon, homepage blocks, and what "publish" means in Goiaba.

In this guide
  1. Open the Website Builder
  2. Pick a theme and brand colours
  3. Edit the homepage blocks
  4. What "publish" means

Every Goiaba account comes with a website that is live from the moment you sign up, at yourname.goiaba.net. It already has a homepage with a hero, your experiences, features, an about section and a call to action. There is no separate "publish" button: what you save in the builder is what visitors see.

Open the Website Builder

Go to Website › Website Builder (/admin/website/block-builder). The left panel lists what makes up your site; the right side is a Live Preview that updates as you edit.

  • Theme & Styling: colours, fonts and layout width, plus your Favicon.
  • Header: logo, navigation and contact details.
  • Footer: links, social profiles and copyright line.
  • Content: the blocks of your homepage, in order.

Pick a theme and brand colours

Click Themes to open the gallery of presets (Warm & Bold, Cool & Modern, Ocean Breeze, Nordic Minimal and others). Preview one, then Apply. Fine-tune in Theme & Styling: Brand Color, Accent Color, Page Background, Heading Font and Body Font. Upload your logo under Header.

Edit the homepage blocks

Each block in the Content list has a Content tab (text, images, which tours to show) and a Style tab. Drag blocks to reorder them, use the eye icon to Hide block without deleting it, and click Add New Block to add more. Available blocks include Hero Section, Popular Experiences, Features Grid, About Section, Destinations, Image Gallery, Testimonials, Call to Action, FAQ Accordion, Contact Form, Newsletter Signup, Location Map, Pricing Table, Stats Counter, Partners / Logos, Blog Posts and Scrolling Text.

The Popular Experiences block lists your newest live tours automatically unless you pick specific ones, so a new tour appears on the homepage as soon as it goes live.

What "publish" means

Because the site is always live, visibility is controlled piece by piece:

  • a homepage block is visible unless you hide it with the eye icon;
  • a tour appears on the site only when its status is Active (see How to create your first tour);
  • extra pages and blog posts under Website › Pages and Website › Blog have their own published switch.
