Questions operators ask
Can hotels and agencies book for their guests?
Yes. Each reseller or affiliate gets a login to the agent portal, sees live availability, books for the customer and downloads the voucher. Commission is tracked per agent and invoiced from your admin.
Can pickups have different prices or times per hotel zone?
Yes. Each pickup point has its own time and can be free or priced; the guest picks it at checkout and it shows on the passenger list.
Can I print the driver list?
Yes. The passenger list is built for a phone and for print, grouped by pickup, and can also be exported as CSV.
Does Goiaba connect to marketplaces or a channel manager?
No. Goiaba is your direct channel. Bookings from other channels can be added by hand so the passenger list stays complete.
