FAQ
Questions operators ask
Can I take a deposit online and the balance later?
Partly. Online card checkout takes the full amount. Deposits are recorded on the booking (bank transfer, card by phone or "pay later"), the balance is tracked, and pending-payment reminders go out automatically.
Can I show a different itinerary per departure?
The itinerary belongs to the tour. Create a separate tour for a variant route, or describe the differences on the departure's option.
Can agencies sell my trips?
Yes. Each agency gets a login to the agent portal, books with live availability, and your commission terms are tracked and invoiced from your admin.
Do you handle rooming lists or flights?
No. You can collect room-sharing preferences and passport details with custom booking fields, but rooming lists and flight bookings are not part of the product.
