FAQ
Questions operators ask
Can I stop two sessions from using the same instructor or boat?
Yes. Add them as resources and assign them to sessions; a resource cannot be assigned twice at the same time.
Can I ask for sizes, ages or experience level at checkout?
Yes. Custom booking fields are asked at checkout, can be required, and appear on the booking and the session list.
Do you handle liability waivers?
Not yet. You can collect a confirmation tick or text answer with a custom booking field, but signed waivers are not part of the product today.
What happens when I close a session because of the weather?
The session disappears from the checkout. Existing bookings are cancelled one by one from their pages, with the card refund sent from the same screen.
