Questions operators ask
Can I run the same tour at several times a day with different group sizes?
Yes. Each start time is a session with its own capacity, and you can open or close individual sessions from the calendar.
Do I need to translate everything myself?
The site, checkout and emails are already translated into six languages. Tour descriptions are translated by you, per tour and per language, with a fallback to your default language for anything you leave empty.
Can guests book for free tours or pay on the day?
Yes. Set the price to zero, or offer "pay later" and record cash at the meeting point; the balance shows on the passenger list.
Can I keep my current website?
Yes. Embed the booking calendar or a Book Now button on any site, or move to a Goiaba website when you are ready.
