FAQ
Questions operators ask
Can I sell the whole boat instead of individual seats?
Yes. Give the private charter its own option with a fixed price per booking instead of per person, and set it to "on request" if you want to confirm before the guest pays.
What happens when the weather cancels a trip?
Close the date or the departure from the calendar so no one else can book it, then cancel each booking from its page. Card payments are refunded from the same screen, in full or minus the fee your policy sets.
Can guests pay part now and the rest on the boat?
Yes. Offer "pay later" or bank transfer with your own instructions, record cash on the day, and the balance follows the booking on the passenger list.
Does Goiaba list my trips on marketplaces?
No. Goiaba is your own direct channel: your website, your checkout, your customers. You can keep selling on marketplaces alongside it and add those bookings by hand.
