FAQ
Questions operators ask
Do you charge commissions on each booking?
No. Goiaba is a flat monthly subscription. You keep 100% of the booking value, minus the normal card fees from Stripe or PayPal, which are paid on your own account.
What do I need to start the trial?
An email address. No card. You get 14 days with everything unlocked; if you do nothing, the account simply pauses and your data is kept.
Can I keep my existing website?
Yes. Embed the booking calendar or a Book Now button in WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or any HTML page. The Goiaba website is there if you want it, not a requirement.
What happens when I reach the tour or seat limit on my plan?
Nothing breaks. You cannot publish another tour or invite another team member until you upgrade, which is one click on the billing page. We never deactivate tours or remove users.
Does it work in my language and currency?
Your site can run in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Swedish, with per-tour translations. Prices can be shown in the guest's currency.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the Growth and Pro plans. Point a DNS record at Goiaba and we handle the certificate.
Can you help me move from my current system?
Yes. Send us your tours, prices and schedules and we will set them up with you during the trial.
